Publisher's Synopsis
I started Happy Sandy's Kitchen to share my recipes with my friends and family and to teach how anyone can build a deep pantry! I want to help others to be prepared and not scared. If we learn to grow food, can food, and put food up (as the old timers used to say), we will be prepared to feed our families in case of storms, sickness, job loss, financially tight times, or whatever might come our way, and we can bless others in need.
I hope you will all be encouraged and inspired to try these recipes, learn to preserve food, and even grow some of your own food! Don't be overwhelmed; every little bit you do now will turn into something big later if you don't give up!
