Adam MacDonald and Samantha O'Conner have made a new life for themselves on the west coast of Scotland, but trouble is brewing down south. Britain has a new Russian ambassador who comes with a bad reputation and links to the Russian mafia.Sam and Adam are dragged back into the world of the secret service, joining forces with Bruce Ellis of the CIA as they fight to stop the madman from unleashing disaster on the capital. Forced to flee to America the pair now face further danger as they attempt to help the Americans find Agent X, an elusive Russian mole in the US military. After a fierce gun battle with Russian special forces, Sam knows if they want their lives back she needs to find and eliminate 'The Wolf'. Sam traces him to Switzerland where again she crosses swords with the forces of Russia. To win the day Sam and Adam must use every ounce of their knowledge to defeat the Wolf and the Russian military machine.
