It's very important for us as children of God to know which Winepress we're in. All Spiritual Winepress are not created equal. As believers in Christ, we have the freedom of choice, however, we are not at liberty to do what we want, when we want. We must be accountable and responsible for our response to life. How we respond may determine how we're disciplined. None of us are exempt from God's rod of correction. God does not promote bad character or behavior. Many will not survive the chastening of the Lord because they have not yet surrendered to the process of The Winepress. God's Divine Winepress will at times make us feel unloved. However, the chastening of the Lord is vital for our growth and development. He deals with us as his own children and not orphans. To be perfected in God we must not only stay but also submit to the Press.
