First, we shall make a simple analysis of the industrial requirements of the war; secondly, a statement of the lessons that are to be learned from the experience of Europe during the past three years; thirdly, a brief statement of the lessons from our own experience to date; and finally we shall give an account of the plans for the future that are now being formulated at Washington.
