Publisher's Synopsis
An angel chooses an unlikely messenger: a businessman who lost everything he was working for in the failure of America's banking system, who is also a Vietnam veteran who lost faith in humanity when he saw that it is capable of inconceivable acts against itself. The angel tells him that the reason he is on Earth is to decide whether life on Earth should continue, or be terminated, based on his determination of whether there is any goodness left in humanity. The angel also tells him that the secrets of the universe have been hidden from the world since the dawn of creation, and that this hidden knowledge was purposely hidden from us... by ourselves. And because mankind has not awakened to the truth, the angel takes him on a journey toward awakening, and an understanding of man's true nature. What the angel teaches him may challenge what you've believed to be true about your life, and change who you think you are. It may even begin your own journey toward awakening. But the truth is, there is nothing you can really do about awakening. If you find this story incomprehensible... if you find it meaningless, then it's probable that the beginning of your journey has not yet happened. But if something within you responds to it... if you somehow recognize the truth in it, it probably means that your own journey, and the process of awakening has begun. And there is nothing you can really do about it.
