Sinbad the Sailor, also spelled "Sindbad" from Persian, is the name of a fable of Iraqi origin which tells of the adventures of a sailor from the city of Baghdad at the time of the Abbasid dynasty (c. 781-835) He is an imaginary character who experiences fabulous adventures during expeditions on the seas of the world. Trader by trade, he discovers incredible things during his travels, which he hastens to tell those around him as soon as he returns. sits in front of a magnificent house. To get out of these situations, he had to fight his enemies using his courage, strength and brilliant mind. Sindbad recounts his adventures in so much detail that he will ask his guests, including Hinbad, to return 7 nights in a row so that he can recount them all. On the last night, in his great generosity, he will offer Hinbad to employ him in his service as a friend!
