Terri Owens was born and reared in Charleston, SC, where she still resides today. Growing up in the Lowcountry has been adventurous and she still loves it! I grew up enjoying many of the amenities the Charleston area provides; crabbing off docks, swimming in the many creeks, shrimping, and walking the many beaches.
