Forced to live with her overprotective, kingpin brother, Ariel could forget about friends, family and a life of her own. The pair fall down the rabbit hole when trying to figure out why D'Angelo would up and leave, but uncover a larger, more sinister scheme at large. Noreaga, dealing with his own problems like a dramatic supposed baby's mama, a stepfather who is against D'Angelo, and a mentally ill sister on the loose, has no choice but to get back to the business he was in before Ariel cast her innocent eyes upon him. He vows to keep her safe, even without the pay or without her brother having to tell him to. Because he loves her unconditionally, Noreaga puts his life on the line in this thrilling love story of a girl lost and a guy just trying to make it, but who is forced into the middle of a situation that had nothing to do with him. Yet, is love enough for him to go to war for her sake, or worth taking his last breath?
