Publisher's Synopsis
They're back! The Celestials have returned!
Our universe has been saved but a new threat has arisen. This time not a threat to our little piece of reality but to every universe, in every crook and curve of the multiverse.
Diamond Jim, center and personification of our universe is being devoured, one galaxy at a time, by creatures from another dimension. As if that weren't enough an entity from the beginning of time has found its way to us. Ozymandias, the entity, has but one thing on its planet-sized mind, death, its own as well as that of every living thing.
Luckily for Diamond Jim, as well as for those of us living on the scattered worlds that are Jim, help is on the way.
Boogie and Jekyll, now galaxy sized, electronic waveform, posthumans made their way to the edge of the universe. Along the way they passed some of the dead galaxies that caught Jim's attention; they have returned to investigate.
The LFAD too are having a looksee after having the situation brought to their attention by Diamond Jim. The LFAD are spheres, golden robots created by Life's Face. Life's Face are the most ancient and advanced creatures in the multiverse. Jim alerts the LFAD, the LFAD pass the call along to Dolly Parton, the lone Life's Face currently in our universe.
The gang is nearly back together. Once Dolly gets the attention of the Cosmic Elementals: Space, Time and Gravity, the band is complete. The Celestials are all there.
Now it's time to save the multiverse!
Boogie and Jekyll continue their journey from human to posthuman and then beyond with the emergence of past and post-past from posthuman.
Dolly Parton is joined by a second Life's Face, Shaquille O'Neal.
LAFD may have made the transition from created things to living beings.
And more. The Ultimate Space Opera, is the ultimate space opera!
