Publisher's Synopsis
Mornington puts aside 100 million French francs in his will to be distributed to his heirs. If they are not found within three months the entire $100 million francs will go to Mornington's friend Perenna, who happens to be Arsène Lupin. The problem is that some heirs are proving difficult to find and others are being killed at an alarming rate.
