Publisher's Synopsis
In this hilarious spy spoof, lunatic Theodore Ziegen-Wirbelsaule is under the delusion that he is a Cold War operative and that he has invented a device which identifies espionage agents. Ageing hack journalist Kevin Tregennis humours him but is later asked to spy for MI6 himself. Both men get dragged into an insane chase across the globe - with world destruction (literally) only a breath away.
