In Cook Real Mexican's first book, we dealt with iconic Mexican cuisine, and in this edition, we focus on the stars of Mexican drinks: Tequila and Mezcal. There are also sections on Mexico's wines that are becoming increasingly popular, making the Baja the 25th largest wine-producing region in the world, other liquors and liqueurs, and Mexican beer.
Hopefully, You will learn about the history and evolution of these iconic spirits and the process of making them world-class beverages.
