Publisher's Synopsis
It is plenty cold in Skagway, home of the North Wind, as eleven-year-old Andy Seaberg and his schoolmates prepare for Christmas. They have the early morning ice skating races in the dark to school when the weather cooperates, a heating oil shortage is possible due to an iced-in oil tanker, and Andy's little brother is causing problems as usual. It will take some teamwork to set things right.
