Publisher's Synopsis
A blood thirsty, vengeful, Philadelphia medical school anatomist harvests organs from living victims. Following a drug induced paralysis, their larynx is slashed making it impossible to utter a sound during the live dissection. The organs are then transported to the "Transplantation" in St. Martin. A husband of one of the victims, Carlos Brown, enlists the services of Laura Lingle, a gorgeous, seductive private eye with "Peepers Detective Agency". They become entangled in a web of violence, intrigue and steamy sex from Philadelphia to St. Martin. .
