Arvia MacKaye Ege (1902-1989), daughter of dramatist Percy MacKaye and a gifted artist in her own right, discovered the work of Rudolf Steiner as a young woman and was able to meet him and attend the festive founding of the Anthroposophical Society during Christmas 1923/24. From then on, her life was dedicated to Rudolf Steiner's work. Her poetry, collected in this book, is the fruit of the inner experience that was granted her as a result of this dedication.
