Publisher's Synopsis
Alexander Leonidovich Ryzhkov, a Russian billionaire and former general in the Russian Military Intelligence Directorate (GRU), runs a covert operation with the approval of his best friend, the leader of the Russian Federation. Ryzhkov supplies a Saudi terrorist organization with four Russian nuclear suitcase bombs and a list of two American cities to target. A CIA operation (Operation Avenging Eagles) thwarts the planned attack and kills many Russian agents, including his brother Sergei Ryzhkov. Alexander Ryzhkov approached a former CIA station chief and offered him money in exchange for the CIA operatives' names. Armed with this intelligence, he launched his vendetta, targeting the former CIA team operatives.
