Excerpt from The Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Supreme Court of Judicature for Ontario
3. All rules and orders heretofore passed by any Of the Superior Courts Former of Law or Equity in Ontario or Upper Canada and not included in these practice super rules are rescinded, save and except those mentioned in the schedule here sedad. To, and these rules shall take effect on and after the lst day of March, 1888. All practice inconsistent therewith is superseded. As to all matters not provided for in these rules, the practice is, as far as may be, to be regu lated by analogy thereto.
