A degree of dogmatism, therefore, may be permitted here which would be unbecoming in other branches of the law. If the answer to a problem does not square with the multipli cation table one may call it wrong, although it be the work of Sir Isaac Newton; and so if a decision con?icts with the Rule against Perpetuities, one may call it wrong, however learned and able the court that has pronounced it.
