In the jungles of Malaysia an ancient tin dredge cleaved a deep channel through the lush green jungle to extract the precious metal, moving its muddy pond along with it, obliterating everything in its path. Off the east coast of Java a major maritime disaster seems imminent when a cruise liner with 1000 passengers on board strikes a sunken wreck and is in danger of sinking or capsizing. These are some of the situations Jim Stewart encounters in this third novel.
