Publisher's Synopsis
In an all out war with the drug cartels U.S. Marshal H.A.Hand orchestrated a sting operation across the country. Before it was over thousands of drug traffickers were either shot or arrested, bringing down the power of the cartels and changing the playing field to the Federal District Courts of the nation.As the evidence was gathered and sorted trial dates were set and reset as plea bargains added to mountains of paper work. As this all came together Marshal Hand had one more ace to play against the cartels. It will be courts against cartels.
