On the night of her birth Piper Sparrow (Rowe) is ripped from the arms of her mother in the privileged territory of Imperium and delivered to a new mother--Maya Pense. Undetected by the Medical Mission she has entered the world with the mark of the "RIGHTER". As the years pass, the gift of the Righter begins to surface and Rowe's resentment for the injustices of the Jenroe Administration breeds a vengeance of volcanic proportions. She soon learns that she has the ability to re-write history and change any event she so desires. Unfortunately, when the Jenroes cruelly terminate all contact with her biological sister...
