Publisher's Synopsis
When an unidentified corpse washes ashore at Slapton Sands, the home to 'Operation Tiger' and rehearsal for the D-Day invasion, US Army captain and his partner 'Kaz' are assigned to investigate. Just when Billy and Kaz begin to wrap up their case, they find themselves with not one soggy corpse on their hands but hundreds, following a terrible tragedy during the D-Day rehearsal. Then one of their own men meets a sudden demise too. Was it a heart attack? Or something more sinister?
