Ariel, the first daughter of Audrey and Daniel Reynolds, is turning 30 years old. She is a successful artist, teacher, and advocate for the people of Crestview. She is the golden child. The child who has not strayed from the teachings of her parents or God's word. She has joined her parents in their mission of serving Crestview.
Shaheem was Ariel's first love in college. After graduating from college, he returned to Brooklyn to work for his uncle, and she refused to leave Crestview. Karma catches up to Shaheem, and he realizes he messed up with the only woman who truly loved him. His uncle lands a business opportunity in Crestview.
