Genetic Engineering has rewarded those who can afford it with super-children who are smarter, faster and healthier than non-altered children. Recidivists, those who defy genetic coding or reject the values of accepted society, are either euthanized or sent to treatment facilities where they are reprogrammed. Meanwhile, those benefiting from this affluent society turn a blind eye while the government continues to legislate every aspect of modern life...
