Welcome to Rulemania, a small country in the south pacific. On the outside, it is a flourishing nation with happy citizens and a fair ruler. On the inside, the country is almost torn apart by conflict. Prince Thomas is the tyrant that rules there with an iron fist. Power is his motive and his greatest weapon is fear. Everyone is afraid of him, except for one girl. Risa Kirek hates Thomas for not only being a dictator, but also for revenge. She starts the difficult life of a rebel to achieve her goal of vengeance on Thomas. With the help of her sister Nell and her friends Faleece and Colonel, Risa will become the person that Rulemania is looking for, to stand up to the tyrant.
