In the year 2025, Lieutenant Asha Hawkins has just graduated from West Point. Bucking the system, she volunteers for the Special Forces qualification course to become the first woman ever to wear the vaunted green beret. There, she is met by Major David Allan who welcomes her to The Quantum Zone, a place of reality beyond what is perceivable to her mind, body, and soul.
