This book introduces a new and radically different conceptual framework for the consideration of control problems and cybernetics in general. It is intended not only to provide answers but to pose new questions as well. A comprehensive methodology is introduced in the book for the solution of control problems in a way that is both mathematically clear and simple to implement. The basic idea used in obtaining these features is a kind of autonomy which has been given to the control's "self", formulated in the Principle of self-support(PSS). In many cases variable "control" can no longer be considered as a "master" of a control system.
