But the Holy Scriptures, which are the casket in which this jewel is contained, most fully and distinctly make it known to us that there is no other way of procuring the pardon of sin, and reconciliation with God, but this - this which is the crown Of all revealed t1 uth I am the way, the t1 uth and the life; no man cometh unto the Father but by me. He is able to save unto the uttermostall that come unto, God by him. There is one God, and one Mediator between God and man, the man Christ Jesus. And as there is one God of whom are all things, so there is one Lord Jesus Christ by whom we all things: and there is no other foundation laid than that which 1s laid, which 1s Jesus Christ; neither 1s there salvation in any other.
