Although severe delusion is a disease, in life, we rely on a moderate degree of delusion to overcome difficulties, achieve goals, and get through low points, and it is even an indispensable habit in life. Whether it's the President of the United States or a private citizen, everyone has their own unique rituals and irrational beliefs to help them stabilize their moods and stand their ground. It's a good way of thinking as long as it helps to achieve a goal. Rationality and logic are just a few of the many survival tools available to mankind, and sometimes we have to let our intuition and emotions take over.
