As a matter of convenience, the names of the types, the leading, the difi'erent kinds of paper, the book cloths, etc., have all been carefully indicated, and those who make use of the volume are urged to familiarize themselves with the very full table of contents, which is intended as a complete index to everything except the Style Manual.
