I won't show you my wounds because I don't want you to reflect on your own wounds. But I am going to show you how to turn your own wounds in to scars. I am here to show you some of my scars because they might give you a little hope to just hang on in whatever you're going through. I believe that my scars can give you the reason why you shouldn't just give up now, they might make you realize that every pain comes to an end.
Have you ever been to a group therapy where you just had to sit down and listen to people talk about what they've been through? And then you realise that at the end they get a passion to live their lives and that also uplifts your hope. Are you almost close to giving up in your life? Are these suicidal thoughts creeping in? How about before you commit that suicide you just read this book and see if you really want to end your life. One of my favourite rappers named Dax once asked a question, and said "what would your last words be, if someone put a gun on your head and said you had 2 minutes before he could shoot?" So, this is me right now telling you what to do with your last few minutes before depression pulls a trigger, how about you take a moment reading this book. I am not saying that this book will make your anxiety vanish but I am saying that it might give you a little more passion to live.
Are you anxious? Do you ever feel like you're living in a dark place that you will never escape? How many times do you feel like you are not worth it? Do you sometimes question God? Questions like, why do the ones we want to keep never actually stay? What if our future happiness is memories of our past? Why does it feel like we are forever haunted by the devil's laughs? Why do we focus on tomorrow and forget about today? Why do we smile on everybody's face like we're okay? Why do we live this way? What if being born is dying and dying is birth? Well, those are the same questions I had all along until I noticed some of the things that I wrote in this book. So, I urge you to step into this book and try to defeat your anxiety with some of the advices I am giving in this piece of material and I hope it works for you.
If there is one important thing that made me to write this book is that I want everyone to really realize the real meaning of peace. And to get peace sometimes you just have to let go of some things that really broke you. As much as I struggled in forgiving some people who wronged me, allow me to at least help you understand what forgiveness really means. That's why it has been important for me to include my personal experiences in this book because that makes you to understand what I am talking about. I am not giving advices that I am giving in this book ignorantly. I understand what you might be going through. This book might be the one that brings complete peace in your life. I am not saying that you will get peace; I am just hoping that it shows how to get the peace you deserve.
As much as this book is based on emotional well-being, I thought that adding self-discovery as one of the factors that I would love to discuss because most people do not really know themselves. It is important that you know who you really are and when you get to know yourself, you usually stop seeking for fake validation. I can say this book focuses also on self-discovery because it gives tips on how to deal with unnecessary peer pressure. So, in terms of self-discovery, I hope that through this book you get to understand who you are. Thank you in advance.
