Publisher's Synopsis

This book contains an explanation for how cancer originated. We believe that you have to return to when life first originated on Earth about 4 billion years ago to discover where cancer comes from. When you do that, you discover many fascinating connections between cancer and the origin of life. An important clue that prompted us to begin this journey was how cancer cells resemble bacteria in many ways (for example, see "HeLa" cells on page 84), and bacteria and viruses were the first lifeforms to evolve. This is why we began to focus our attention on bacteria and viruses and how they evolved.

The mycoplasma bacteria forms an important part of our theory on the origin of cancer. We were very fortunate to find an article on mycoplasma on Wikipedia (please do a search on Wikipedia for mycoplasma), which explains how the mycoplasma bacteria are responsible for many different kinds of cancer, such as breast cancer, colon cancer, stomach cancer, renal (kidney) cancer, and prostate cancer. We were also fortunate to find an article on cholesterol that points out how the mycoplasma bacteria are one of the few bacteria that uses cholesterol. (Cholesterol is a factor, not only in heart disease, but also in cancer. See this article on cholesterol and cancer from the University of Alberta:
https: //medicalxpress.com/news/2016-04-bad-cholesterol-production-growth-tumours.html)

There is no question that, if our theory is correct, this would be a monumental achievement in science. And to think that all it took was 40 years of research!
