Afterwards, escaping to the remote north of California, living simply in a cabin high in the Trinity Alps, he tries to piece it all together, tries to hide from whoever is after him. The strange encounters along the way may remind of myth and legend, but these events are real. There is a reality which lays hidden, just beneath the surface, ready to be discovered by those who are unafraid to go where the road gets weird.
