Do real heroes wear spectacles? Oscar doesn't think so when he finds out he has to start wearing them. Then he meets with the mysterious optician, Mr. Rouse, who entrusts him with his latest 'crime fighting' specs. He thought his dream of being a detective was over but it's just about to begin.
