As Archer Ames tries to face the death of his wife and daughter, he must struggle with daily addictions, while maintaining balance in his life. Being a lead investigator for many years with a Washington D.C. agency, gave him an undefeatable mentality in tracking down funds given to worthwhile green energy projects. With his life in the gutter and thoughts of death, he must pick himself up, returning to the position he resigned from a year before. He must follow the trail of a former partner, Stephan Stokes, investigating the Morbin Project. He will meet Brent Lowe, a dedicated former assistant to the now dead scientist, doctor Albert Morbin. As clues lead him deep into the program, he finds himself at odds with his own Christian beliefs, finding more than he bargained for in a paranormal investigation of events that leads to death and destruction.
