Synergy is when the result is greater than the sum of the parts. Synergy is created when things work in concert together to create an outcome that is in some way of more value than the total of what each individual instrument inputs. The Blood and Cross contain this power. The designed beauty of synergy is that it serves only to add, never subtract. A merger is the combination of two things. This is the beauty of the merger of the Blood and the Cross. The power they provide together, make a way for us to enter the presence of God. This "synergy" destroys the devil's dominance in our lives, giving us power to be the children of God. The Apostle Paul writes to the church in Rome and explains the problems they are having. In his letter, he tells them that they are dealing with sins, or the acts they commit on a daily basis. Just like us, sins are many and forgiveness is needed. The Blood of Jesus takes care of the acts of sin or sins. We all need forgiveness of sins, but there is a root problem in each of our lives, which is our sin nature. We need deliverance from the power of sin. The Blood of Christ handles our unrighteous behavior. The Cross deals with our natural man, or what our nature consists of. The Blood of Jesus deals with our sins (actions) and the Cross of Jesus deals with our sin (nature).
