Figure 1, - This map shows the general location of the region which was investigated by the Ma/m'on expedition during the summer of 1928. All of the Marion's work was done between Disko Bay, in west Greenland, and the northeast coast of Newfoundland. For a more detailed chart of the area actually surveyed, see Figure 39. The latter shows the track of the ship and gives all the important place names.
