'The Major and Miner' is the thought-provoking story of Mathew, a young miner's son who enlists in WW1 in the final year of the war. We follow him through the horrors of battle and watch as he tries to build a better life for himself with the help of his mentor, Peter Church, his commanding officer in the war.
