Publisher's Synopsis
Earth has come under attack from the Mysterons, who seem bent on destroying all life on the planet. It is up to Captain Scarlet and Spectrum to stop them, and their agent on Earth, Captain Black. In this story the Mysterons announce that their next target is President Roberts.
