Publisher's Synopsis
A mad scientist hopes to prove that dream manipulation can be used as a method of mind control. Given comatose patients by a foreign military, he subliminally feeds them false memories of having god-like powers in a mirror world. The NSA, fearing the technology will be used to create an army of super-humans, recruits his former assistant, Dr. Kitty Kharma, to join a team of ex-Navy Seals, to stop him and steal the technology for 'national security reasons'. When the raid comes, the scientist torches his lab and kills himself. Only one patient escapes. Once loosed upon the world with a mind that believes he is a god, he wreaks havoc, violently taking over country after country with his otherworldly powers. Thinking he is caught up in a dream world, he seeks Dr. Kharma to reverse the experiment, so he can bridge the gap between his two worlds, become god-king of both, and reunite with his queen, Kitty's doppelganger. With the fate of humanity resting on her next move, Dr. Kharma sets about running the experiments on members of the Seal team, to even the odds, before the demigod finds her and forces her to use the technology to achieve his own malevolent means.
