Please note: This workbook is for individuals or groups. The group leader portion is at the back of the book. As an individual, you can take your time and lean heavily into what the Holy Spirit is saying to you. Having others go on the journey with us can bring out insights. This workbook is set up with extra content if done in a group setting.

Rhonda Gould beautifully unfolds the truths of Scripture, through prayer, journaling, and our relationship with the Lord so we can find our way through the most difficult of circumstances. If you are walking through this life, in the closet of darkness, my heart aches for you. If you feel alone, ashamed, guilt-ridden, if you cannot sleep or always sleep, if your mind never shuts off and you must stay constantly busy, or you are not motivated to move, I have been where you are. When you wake, what are your first thoughts? Our minds can be our worst enemies.
I have walked the journey that I've laid out in this workbook for you. And to be totally honest, I still have to walk the journey at times. Life is not a one and done process. The questions on my journey may not be the same but the process to get there is the same. Seeking the answers out through God's word, trusting that He will lead me to healing from whatever life is tossing my way.
