Publisher's Synopsis
This is a program evaluation of the Jobs for America's Graduates (JAG) program in a rural school district located in a southeastern state to help improve programming decisions' effectiveness and inform programming decisions. The capstone's project purpose was to evaluate the JAG program and share results in a published report. The data collection sources utilized in the study included interviews, observations, surveys, and students' testing data (diagnostic, formative, benchmark, and summative).
