In continuation of the cooperative experimental work with sugar beets carried on in 1900 by this Bureau in collaboration with certain experiment stations and the Weather Bureau, the following letters were addressed to the experiment stations of North Carolina, Iowa, Michigan, Utah Indiana, Wisconsin, Kentucky, and to the two New York stations in the spring of 1901.
