The Heartbrache Series is a collection of poems written by The Rebel Flower Bomb. Each poem is a story told of her experience or someone else's, from every form of heartbreak. When deciding on the title, she remember that heartbreak isn't only about relationships, but it begins even at birth. Those who have been forgotten about, left behind, ostracized, disrespected and so much more. She write poems from relationships to losing her grandmother and even feelings towards her parents that she's never really expressed, poetry is her safe haven. This collection is an opportunity for her to use her voice through a series of heartbreaks. She spells Heartbraches with an "ache" to emphasize the residuals of pain. Though you make break a bone, you will always be reminded of the time when you were injured. It's life.
