The meats were high in fat content and many foods were fried in toxic oil. The desserts were high is sugar and there was a ton of bread. Well, at least, that's how I grew up! In general, olive oil is our top ingredient in almost every dish and vegetable oil is commonly used for fried foods. The more I learned, the more I switched out for myself and my family. Then, about 3 years ago, I learned that olive oil becomes rancid when cooked on high heat. It becomes carcinogenic to our bodies, which means having the potential to grow our cancer cells. We all have those cells, keeping them from multiplying is the key to a long life. DO WE REALLY NEED EXTRA TOXINS THESE DAYS?I knew I had to do something if I wanted to change my health and the potential of my son's health.
