God gave him the ability to know others pain and help them overcome it with therapeutic massage. When they had a cramp or spasm he could feel it in his fingertips and with hot packs and gentle massage help relieve the pain. He has been a masseur for over 50 years and supported a family. Jim was born in 1931 during the great depression. He was born with as Spina Bifida, a tumor on the lower spine, and was not expected to live past his first birthday. After a two major surgery to repair his back in 1979 the Doctors only gave him 10 more years of active life, but he is still working on injured athletes and others that are hurting. He never thought he would have a family or have his own business. He has two children and has been married over 50 years.
