King Henry VIII is getting married to Anne Boleyn and they would like a wedding cake made. So Henry asks his baker, Bertie, to make the cake who starts to do so with the help of young Tom and his cat, Bess. Soon after, the king of Germany arrives at the Tudor Court for the wedding bringing his own baker, Bernhard, with him because he will only eat food baked by him. Then Bernhard declares that he should make the wedding cake because he is the greatest baker ever which results in chaos and it is up to Tom and Bess to try and save the day.
