This collection of poems showcases some of the challenges of having schizophrenia, humorous situations and characters he has met along the way.Richard finally named himself as a media and arts based mental health advocate in 2012 after creating poetry, writing articles and making short films on the subject. Born in Bowral, Australia he has lived in rural New South Wales most of his life, with the exception of 2003 and 2004, when he lived in Mount Gambier, South Australia for nineteen months. Rekindling the power of the pen, he started writing poetry in late 2006 and hasn't stopped since. With ink pumping in his veins, he continues to create Auto-Biographical Contemporary Free-Verse Poetry
