The Gold Letter Opener is a short play about a secret, jealousy and lies. After taking in a stranger in the middle of the night, Michel Dreyfus, a friend of the aristocratic de Moret family, discovers that not all is as it seems. The stranger sets out to seduce and deceive his way into the heart of the family, and Michel finds himself running out of allies.
