"This guide is organized topically. Each chapter contains clear, concise statements of the elements of property law, organized in sections that have topic headings. This content is similar to what you would find in a student text. Right after my text, there are one or occasionally two multiple-choice questions that follow up on the rules and principles. Unlike the standard student text or outline, the questions enable you to engage in active learning. After each question, I provide immediate and detailed feedback that assesses each of the multiple-choice responses.
